It is important, when introducing a new strategy, that all angles are covered so that it is a considered and well-planned one. Our Head of Delivery Martin Glascoe has experience of project management with BT and the BBC as well as Macquarie Bank (whilst in Australia). Our experience tells us that to ensure the success of any new strategy a phased approach is needed to ensure the implications of the new strategy are known and understood and proper planning is put in place. Otherwise it is unlikely to achieve its aims and objectives.
